My story so far….
Hi and welcome!
I’m Gill, the founder of Waggy Tail Dog Walks and I’m passionate about all animals!
I’ve lived in Alsager most of my life and know this and the surrounding areas really well, so its easy to find safe and interesting green spaces where I can walk your dogs and encourage them to have some fun – my favourites in Alsager would be the Salt-Line, Borrowpit Meadow & Milton Park! I also offer walks in the South Cheshire areas surrounding Alsager and the Staffordshire borders ( Rode Heath, Church Lawton, Scholar Green, Astbury, Congleton, Mow Cop, Arclid, Hassell Green, Sandbach, Kidsgrove, Talke, Butt Lane & Audley) where I have been enjoying walks with dog-buddies since 2016.
My Animal Background…..
I have a lifelong connection with many different types of animals, having had so many different pets as I was growing up, and I was used to being around dogs – my family had boxer dogs and spaniels – and I now use this background and experience to help to support your pets with individual care and attention when you can’t be there.
Having done volunteer work for a local animal charity, I knew that my ideal job needed to be animal focused, so after many years of working for commercial businesses, I followed my heart and life-long dream and created my own business offering dog walks tailored to suit your pet’s individual needs. My aim is to fill the space when your dog is on their own, offering the same love, attention and exercise they would expect and get from you, and this way I can give their lives purpose when you can’t be there. Older dogs may have alternative exercise needs and different breeds can vary in their requirements too, so I will always be guided by your dog’s individual needs.
My business ethics……
The key standard of my business is that every pet in my care will be embraced as part of my own animal family – that is, always protected and having a strong one-to-one rapport – so they worry less about being apart from you and focus on the moment of enjoying quality time. Happy pets are what my business is all about.
